Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in human resources management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant human resources laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Able to think strategically and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
