Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Either an engineering degree or financial background with a business qualification.
2. Confidence in business management and financial reporting, including financial policies, procedures, project finance, loan structuring, and internal controls.
3. IT – MS Office Literate: MS Project, Hyperion, ACCPAC, VIP Payroll, ABSA Cash Focus.
4. At least 10 years of experience in commercial management or general management roles, with the instinct and tenacity to commercially manage an organization.
5. Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
6. Financial management and planning.
