A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA or CTA are highly desirable but not essential. At least 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior financial management role. Debit order billing / arrears experience. Strong background in the service repair industry or a related field, particularly with subscription and recurring revenue models. Proven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience managing and optimizing debit order systems and subscription-based revenue streams. Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
