You will be responsible for the full recruitment process. Be comfortable with targets and talking to applicants in person as well as virtually/telephonically. Keeping client files up to date and organized. Continuously improving the recruitment process/department.
Formal Education & Certification: Matric
Interest in Recruitment
Knowledge & Experience: 1 Year working experience in recruitment. Placement Partner experience beneficial. Basic MS Office experience/knowledge.
Personal Attributes: Good judge of character, comfortable with talking to higher management (CEOs and Directors). Ability to read and display positive body language.
