About the job

• You will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of IT and Business Intelligence systems, ensuring technology drives business performance and operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation, extensive experience in business intelligence, and the ability to align IT initiatives with corporate strategy.

Essential Requirements :

• A BSc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.
• Experience as a CIO or in a similar managerial role.
• Expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and BI platforms.
• Possess deep knowledge of data analytics, data warehousing & BI tools, particularly Power BI.
• Strong background in designing and developing IT systems, planning IT implementations, and utilizing BI for strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity, penetration testing, Salesforce, VM optimization, and Great Plains ERP.
• Experience leading large IT teams, driving IT transformation, and managing enterprise-scale projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the CIO will collaborate across departments to leverage technology for competitive advantage, operational resilience, and business growth.
• A solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and overall business operations.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, a strategic business mindset, and strong leadership capabilities are critical.

• Managing IT budgets, implementing risk management policies, optimizing disaster recovery plans, and ensuring IT governance frameworks deliver measurable business value.
