Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a market leader in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, is searching for a highly operational CFO to oversee all financial, operational, and strategic initiatives at a plant level. This role requires a leader with the ability to optimize financial processes, manage cost efficiencies, and drive sustainable profitability while collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Exco, Manco, and a Board of Directors.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

1. CA(SA) and ACMA / CGMA qualification is essential
2. Extensive experience in the FMCG industry at a senior financial level
3. Strong operational finance background with hands-on involvement in plant finance
4. Proven ability to lead and develop large teams (20 individuals)
5. Expertise in Exco, Manco, and Board reporting and engagement
6. In-depth knowledge of cost management, working capital optimization, and financial strategy
7. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
