Responsibilities:

1. Support of the CEO in all key stakeholder relationships
2. Assume lead responsibility for the financial activities
3. Develop the company’s Business Development capability, effectiveness and processes
4. Lead and manage the company’s M&A activity
5. Lead and manage relationships with capital and debt funders, insurance and legal providers
6. Lead and manage the financial strategy of the company
7. Responsible for developing and maintaining effective and efficient Treasury management processes and reporting
8. Responsible for developing the external funding strategy and relationships that will support the growth of the business
9. Responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
10. Responsible for reporting to executive and Board structures
11. Responsible for developing the Company’s Credit function
12. Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
13. Develop and lead the project finance function
14. Responsible for financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance
15. Implement robust financial controls
16. Optimize financial processes
17. Lead cashflow management
18. Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk
19. Identify and mitigate financial and other business risks
