Chief Commercial Officer

Job Purpose: We seek a Chief Commercial Officer to lead our client’s growth and drive their market expansion. As a key executive team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing their commercial strategy, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

What it takes to succeed:

1. 5+ years of experience in senior commercial, sales, or business development roles within the fintech, banking, or payments industry.
2. MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
3. Strong understanding of the South African and African fintech landscape, including key players and regulatory requirements.
4. A track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious targets.
5. Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
6. Exposure to international markets and cross-border payment solutions.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
