ANANZIY DEFENSE LABS welcomes prospective postdoc Researchers in photonic propulsion who can push our vision of the future forward. We're currently searching for experienced light based propulsion engineers for our Aerospace department.

ANANZIY DEFENSE LABS is creating the future of next-gen 5D capabilities. We specialize in intercontinental network connectivity and LEO satellites and other aerospace applications. ANANZIY Defense Labs is a Research and Development Consortium within AICO Management Group, Inc. family of companies, that focuses on aerospace production. We offer our services in Product Research via scalable lab services and Operation Research Management.

The Sauce

The Product development team builds, researches, instigates change, and extends the lifetime of our products to deliver mission-critical capabilities to our customers. As the photonic propulsion researcher, you will solve technical challenges of operational scenarios while controlling the end-to-end delivery of winning capabilities such as research, strategic planning, joint work mapping, and management. Your efforts will ensure that our development team seamlessly works together to achieve a variety of critical outcomes. Above all, we are driven by a "Whatever It Takes" mindset—executing in an expedient, scalable, and pragmatic way while keeping the mission top-of-mind and making sound engineering decisions to deliver successful outcomes correctly, on time, and with high quality. Responsibilities

1. Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective product solutions.
2. Promote the company's mission through research, design, and implementation.
3. Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
4. Provide occasional continuous, constructive feedback to PR team.
5. Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
6. Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services.
7. Project Management/DevOps Skills.
8. Own the software solutions that are deployed to customers.
9. Write legal strategy to improve products and scale the mission capability to more customers.
10. Collaborate across multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality.
11. Create and analyze metrics that are leveraged for debugging and monitoring.
12. Triage issues, root cause failures, and coordinate next steps.
13. Partner with end-users to turn needs into features while balancing user experience with engineering constraints.

Core Requirements

1. Strong propulsion engineering background from industry or education, ideally in areas/fields such as photonic propulsion, chemical propulsion, data-driven research.
2. 4+ years of contract writing and grant management.
3. Experience with CAD involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis.
4. Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established research teams.
5. Must have team leadership experience and embody Black Power.
6. Supporting legal teams for secure intellectual property use.
7. Postdoctoral research scientist.
8. Conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare manuscripts for publication. They also communicate science at conferences and train junior lab members.
9. Staff scientist and lab director.
10. Oversee the operations and development in the lab, and serve as a technical expert.
11. Senior research associate or associate scientist.
12. Develop chemical/light-based propulsion engines, and analyze and interpret data. They also assist with document preparation and patent applications.
13. Scientist.
14. Present data and findings to project teams and research and discovery organization meetings. They also maintain an understanding of new technologies and scientific advances.

The Major Key

Come to us with a Bantu-African mindset as defined by Credu Mutwa. This role is 100% commission-based or client contingent. Certain candidates will receive stock and patent credit depending on contribution and skill level based on performance standards and goals and comes with scheduling flexibility, training, and autonomy.
