The candidates initially will be employed as Business Analysts / Project Managers in divisions such as Risk Management, Data Analytics, IT, Procurement, Retail Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, E Commerce, Supply Chain, Distribution Centres, etc. Once you have learned the holistic business environment and understand the underlying business operations and have developed sufficiently, you will be promoted to more senior roles. Similar succession planning projects resulted in candidates eventually being promoted to Divisional Operations Executive, General Manager, Managing positions.
