Reporting Line: Managing Director – ABN Group
Position Summary:
Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, marketing, and technology, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Manage resources, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and maintain a high level of organization to meet project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring all aspects of the project are well-structured and manageable.
- Possess a deep understanding of media production workflows, including content creation, editing, and distribution, to ensure effective project execution that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project roles, responsibilities, and deliverables, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Partner with creative, production, events, and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining alignment and coordination across departments.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring that all financial components are tracked, managed, and adhered to, preventing overspending and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate challenges, ensuring the seamless progression of projects.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, recognize successes, identify areas for improvement, and apply insights to future projects.
- Leverage strong organizational skills and effective communication to manage resources efficiently and align stakeholder expectations with project goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and promptly addressing concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet company quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
- Produce factual and comprehensive reports that reflect project progress, outcomes, and insights for stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the media industry or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in delivering factual and comprehensive reports.
- Experience in Media, Communications, Event Management is a pre-requisite.
