Job Description

Position Overview: The Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and closing deals based on the company's agreed MRR targets. The position is remunerated on a Fixed salary plus commission. The Channel Manager reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively identify and pursue potential business/customers.
  2. Prospect for new channel partners.
  3. MSA Negotiation and signing.
  4. Presentation of channel Program.
  5. Presentation of iConnect Solutions and Products as well as pricing structures.
  6. Train all Channel Partner's sales teams on the full iConnect solution & product portfolio.
  7. Ensure that the Channel Partner fully understands the iConnect channel Program.
  8. Manage all Quote and Feasibility processes.
  9. Manage all Order processes.
  10. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customer performance objectives and expectations.
  11. Adopt Account Plans for strategic partners.
  12. Present and train customers/partners on iConnect services and offerings.
  13. Participate in partner strategies and business initiatives.
  14. Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to improve partner account penetration.
  15. Work closely with Projects and Technical department to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Accountability and Performance Measures:

  1. Generate and maintain an opportunity pipeline and credible business forecast to meet sales targets.
  2. Meet assigned expectations for profitability and required training and development objectives.
  3. Respond to all customer and partner requests promptly.
  4. Ensure that all new and existing channel partners are aligned with the rules of the Channel Partner Program.
  5. Submit weekly reports to each channel partner showing growth and areas of concern, if any.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Channel Management or a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of telecommunications and connectivity services.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Hands-on experience using CRM platforms to manage partner and customer interactions, track sales performance, and generate analytical reports for strategic decision-making.
  8. Own a reliable vehicle and driver's license.
