We have set up a wide range of water pump solutions for applications such as building water services, industrial processes, agricultural irrigation, groundwater pumping, and other industrial boosting systems.

About the Role

A CFO is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of our company.

Responsibilities

1. Looking for an experienced and strategic CFO to lead all financial aspects of our company.
2. Financial planning – Formulate and execute financial strategies for long-term business objectives – Budgets/Targets/Pricing.
3. Evaluate investment opportunities, capital structure, and cost management initiatives.
4. Cash flow management – Month-end preparations/inter-company cross-charges / Loan account reconciliation.
5. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to both local and international financial regulations, tax laws.
6. Experience in ERP systems.
7. Collaborate with senior management to integrate all divisions.
8. Analyze financial data – Cost saving / Fleet summaries / Couriers fees / Fee negotiations.
9. Prepare detailed financial reports and present to the management team.
10. Coordinate with external auditors.
11. Drive initiatives that streamline financial processes, improve operational efficiency.
12. Mentor and guide finance team – Credit limits/ Credit application reviews/ overdue suppliers/ month-end preparations.
13. Engage with external partners, including investors, financial institutions, and advisors supporting the company’s strategic objectives – Trade Finance, Funding of projects, Banking.
14. Sound knowledge of legal / contract review.
15. In-house HR would report to this person as well.

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics.
2. Postgraduate preferred.
3. Registered with the professional institution is nice to have.
4. 10-15 years’ experience.
