Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic vision, leading business operations, and ensuring financial and operational success. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in scaling businesses, fostering innovation, and building high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

1. Develop and execute a clear and compelling company strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
2. Identify and pursue growth opportunities including market expansion, partnerships, and acquisitions.
3. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.

Operational & Financial Management

1. Oversee daily business operations ensuring efficiency and scalability.
2. Drive financial performance including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
3. Work closely with the CFO and leadership team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial health.

Team Leadership & Culture

1. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing executive team.
2. Foster a company culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
3. Ensure the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent.

Stakeholder & Board Relations

1. Report to the Board of Directors and provide regular updates on company performance.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
3. Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and in the media.

Qualifications & Experience

1. 10 years of executive leadership experience.
2. Proven success in scaling and leading a business with revenue growth and operational improvements.
3. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, fundraising, and business development.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
