Qualifications / Experience Required

1. Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
2. ITIL certification (advantageous)
3. Any Scrum certification (advantageous)
4. Any Scrum Master certification
5. Any storage vendor certification
6. Any operating system certification relating to data management
7. Any programming certification
8. Any web application programming certification
9. Minimum of 4 years of IT operations experience including ITIL
10. Minimum of 4 years of storage experience
11. Minimum of 4 years of Scrum work experience
12. Minimum of 4 years of VDI and operating systems experience

Duties & Responsibilities / Essential Skills Requirements

1. Knowledge of Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket / GitHub
2. Knowledge of storage technologies as well as state of the art solutions
3. Knowledge of Unix, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows
4. Knowledge of mounting technologies Autofs and DFS
5. Knowledge of protocols NFS and CIFS
6. Knowledge of framework Agile Working Model
7. Knowledge of Virtualisation technologies such as VMWare Horizon / ESXi / Cloud Foundation
8. Knowledge in migrating complex VDI environments (e.g. platform switch)
9. Knowledge of LINUX Redhat / Ubuntu Operating systems running in a virtualisation environment
10. Knowledge of storage technologies emc2 and NetApp
11. Knowledge of Systems Management such as scVENUS and Ansible
12. Knowledge of Ansible Tower, playbook design and deployment
13. Knowledge of Public Cloud such as Azure and AWS
14. Knowledge of Private Cloud solutions
15. Knowledge of Directory Access Manager (DIVA)
16. Knowledge of Intelligent Storage Orchestration Environment (iStore) and Active Directory Gruppentool (ADGR)
17. Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) charter
