Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Cashier at Parow Family Pharmacy.

The Pharmacy Cashier will be responsible for:

1. Handling telephonic prescription orders
2. Managing inventory (packing of shelves, etc.)
3. Assisting with phone inquiries
4. Providing exceptional customer service to all pharmacy patrons

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus
5. Knowledge of basic medical terminology
6. High school diploma or equivalent with Pure Maths as a subject
