Career Dynamics Global is seeking a Financial Manager Assistant for the 2IC position in Cape Town Southern Suburbs – Office based. Open to all applicants with a valid work permit or legal right to work.

Criteria:

1. Matric + Valid and completed Qualifications – Completed SAIPA / SAICA Articles.
2. XERO is essential, Excel advanced and exposure to Tour plan.
3. 1-2 years' experience – post articles – Travel / Tourism Industry.
4. Able to work office hours – Mon – Friday 8-5pm.

KPIs / Responsibilities:

1. Take books to trial balance for three companies.
2. Ensure that the trial balances are ready for audit on an annual basis and respond to any information requests and/or queries from the auditors.
3. All SARS functions for VAT / PAYE etc. for all the companies.
4. Ensure that reliable management accounts (profit/loss statements) are available for provisional taxes.
5. Daily payments of large batches in RAND.
6. Weekly payments in USD and other currencies.
7. Handling and reconciling bank accounts in RAND and USD.
8. Reconciling credit card accounts.
9. Profit and loss done monthly.
10. Handling petty cash and all day-to-day operational tasks.
11. To be able to work under pressure and with constant interruptions.
12. Able to multitask and enjoy interaction with the rest of the office as well as being assertive and extremely discreet at the same time.
13. Handle large volume of debtors and ensure invoices are paid timorously, following up and resolving queries with clients, accordingly, sending monthly statements for certain clients by certain dates.
14. Dealing with the banks and receiving of monies daily.
