JOB OVERVIEW: The Career Centre Coordinator is responsible for implementing and administering the activities of the Career Centre and executing the customer experience programme on the campus, ensuring enhanced student engagement, experiences, and employability, while also coordinating feedback mechanisms and driving continuous improvement in student satisfaction and outcomes.

Student Relationship support.
Student Feedback and Complaint handling.
Student Communication and Updates.
Student Experience:
Student Onboarding and Orientation.
Customer Contact and Touchpoint coordination.
Student Employability:
On Campus Employment Preparedness Facilitation.
Facilitation of Industry Collaboration and Partnerships.
Continuous Skills Development.
EDUCATION:
Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer success, customer service, recruitment and placement or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.
Proven track record of managing and administering customer success/service/engagement programmes.
