Candidate/Junior Attorney (newly admitted)

Foreclosure experience would be first prize (knowledge of Rule 46 of the Uniform Rules of Court). Responsibilities include drafting summons, pleadings, and any and all court documents. The candidate must be admin orientated with attention to detail, comfortable to appear in Court if needed, and able to work long hours if required. Must be able to handle pressure well and be a TEAM PLAYER. Litigation experience is also necessary.
