• Foreclosure experience would be first prize (knowledge of Rule 46 of the Uniform Rules of Court).
• Drafting of summons, pleadings (any and all court documents).
• Admin orientated, attention to detail.
• Comfortable to appear in Court if need be.
• Work long hours if needed.
• Must be able to handle pressure well and must be a TEAM PLAYER.
• Litigation experience.
