Opportunity available for a CandidateAttorney to join this well established conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation in property law and conveyancing processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of property transfer documents.
Liaise with clients, deeds office, banks, and municipalities.
Conduct research and draft legal correspondence.
Provide administrative and legal support to the conveyancing team.
Learn and contribute to all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
A completed LLB degree.
A strong interest in property law and conveyancing.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and an eagerness to learn conveyancing software (e.g., GhostConvey, Lexis Convey).
