Attending court proceedings, taking notes, and observing court procedures.
Communicating with clients, under the supervision of an attorney, to obtain instructions, provide updates, and respond to queries.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file management systems, including electronic and physical files.
Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data capture, photocopying, and filing.
Adhering to the law firm's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and professional standards.
Drafting notices, pleadings, letters of demand, legal opinions, and affidavits.
Handling bail applications at the Magistrate’s Court.
Noting judgments in the Labour Court and High Court.
Must be reliable and honest.
Must be able to work with volumes, under pressure, be well organized, diligent, and able to work in a team.
