Campus Head

Our client is seeking a Campus Head for their West Rand campus.

About the role:

The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, by managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction, and to market and promote the business.

• The role will focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business).
• Management of a sales team.
• Attending career expos.
• Lecturer management.
• Operations management.
• Facilities management.
• Ensuring OHS.

• 3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing.
• Tertiary education.
• Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous.
• Proven previous sales management skills.
• Previous management experience.
• Is considered a 'driver'.
• Has experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company.

• Cruise Ship experience.

• R600 000 - R636 000.
• Plus commission.
• Potential for an annual bonus.
