A leading education institution is looking for a Campus General Manager to ensure the effective overall management of a campus in order to provide outstanding service delivery and academic leadership.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial (Profit and loss, expense target (salaries costs), returning business targets)
Customer experience and support (satisfaction rates/net promoter score, etc, student retention and student success)
Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management / collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant postgraduate qualification, preferably commerce (an undergraduate qualification may be considered for candidates with a proven track record of relevant experience)
At least five years’ management experience in a higher education environment
Commercial knowledge and skills – understand profit and loss statements and the key drivers of income and expenses
Matrix management know-how
SLA management skills and know-how
Good understanding regarding the development and maintenance of a high-performance culture
Good understanding of customer experience principles and its impact on student success and student experience
Good understanding of academic processes and regulatory frameworks, as well as academic products and product development processes
