Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign Data Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background as a Data Analyst, specifically focusing on concise reporting and simplifying the reporting process for Campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of data, the ability to articulate insights derived from various sources, and a proven track record in campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities: The Campaign Data Manager will be responsible for the following:
Campaign Analysis:
Conducting in-depth post-campaign analytics, assessing campaign results, and analyzing changes in customer behavior.
Developing and implementing statistical models to enhance campaign efficiency, both in acquisition and retention efforts.
Liaising with cross-functional teams, including Customer Value Management (CVM) and IT, to ensure effective collaboration in targeting the right audience and industrializing timely data production.
Collaborating with finance teams to provide breakdowns of performance statistics on various platforms.
Supporting product development through customer analytics, market sizing, and revenue impact assessments.
Data Segmentation and Reporting:
Developing, maintaining, and operationalizing customer value, lifetime, and profitability segmentation.
Creating and presenting reports on campaign segmentation, pricing analysis, and financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
Post Grad Diploma in Business Administration
BSc in Computer Science
