DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Listening to quality control on outbound calls made.
  2. Coaching and motivating staff based on feedback listened to.
  3. Generating and analyzing various call centre reports based on call outcomes and service delivery to clients.
  4. Emailing clients with information regarding client queries.
  5. Updating staff earnings.
  6. Updating attendance registers.
  7. Assisting with recruitment and staff training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

  1. Matric
  2. Having a good knowledge and experience using MS Excel
  3. Reliable transport
  4. Prior Insurance or customer service experience will be advantageous
