Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to offer healthcare services.
2. Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into appointments.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and appointments.
4. Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
6. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or sales development.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Comfortable working remotely and independently.
4. Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
