We're looking for a dynamic Call Centre Manager - Sales (B2B) to inspire, motivate, and drive our sales team to new heights. You'll be responsible for leading a high-energy sales crew, fine-tuning strategies, and making sure we hit (and exceed) our targets—all while keeping the team engaged and excited about what they do.

What You'll Be Doing :

  1. Leading, mentoring, and motivating our rockstar sales team to smash their targets.
  2. Creating and implementing sales strategies that drive serious business growth.
  3. Keeping a close eye on performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  4. Running training sessions and sharing top-notch sales techniques to level up the team.
  5. Working closely with marketing and other departments to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
  6. Managing workflows, refining call scripts, and optimising sales techniques to boost conversions.
  7. Handling escalations like a pro and ensuring customers receive top-tier service.
  8. Cultivating a positive, high-energy culture where the team feels valued and motivated.

What We're Looking For :

  1. 3-5 years of experience leading a B2B sales call centre.
  2. A proven history of driving sales success and exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Strong leadership skills—you know how to inspire, coach, and empower a team.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  5. A data-driven mindset with experience in sales analytics and performance tracking.
  6. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  7. Proficiency in CRM systems and call centre software.
  8. A knack for problem-solving and making strategic decisions under pressure.
  9. Adaptability—you're comfortable starting in a remote role and transitioning to an office environment as our team grows.
