Full job description

As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  4. Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  5. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and call handling targets.
  8. Participate in training to stay updated on products, services, and processes.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of customer service experience; call center experience a plus.
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  5. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  6. Flexible schedule; willing to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
