Manager needed for a Cafe style Restaurant and small convenience store based in a hospital in Pretoria East. We are looking for individuals with over five years of experience in restaurant management. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to train and manage staff effectively. Excellent customer relations skills are essential. Experience in front-of-house operations and general kitchen management is required. We will only consider candidates who are articulate and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock management
2. Overall administration
3. Overseeing opening and closing procedures
4. Overseeing a small retail area that sells food and beverages

Candidates should be driven and dedicated. Applicants must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
