Are you a skilled procurement professional with a keen eye for quality and cost-efficiency? We are looking for a motivated Buyer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in sourcing top-notch products for our innovative FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing and selecting suppliers to negotiating contracts and placing orders.
  2. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, to understand product needs and optimize inventory levels.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and drive value for the company.
  5. Monitor stock levels and forecast future purchasing needs to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
  6. Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
