BUTCHERY MANAGERS - Cornubia (Delthorn)

The following criteria must be met by candidates applying for the above position:

• Minimum of 10 years Butchery experience.
• Minimum of 5 year Butchery Management experience
• Successfully managed a team of 10-15 people.
• Must be able to work as a team and also independently
• Be able to achieve sales and gross profits.
• Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising and customer service
• Be able to develop and grow sales while controlling expenses.
• Have basic computer skills excel, word, internet.
• Have contactable references.
• Must have a valid drivers licence.
