Role Description

This is a full-time Butchery Manager role located in Musgrave, Durban. The Butchery Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, providing exceptional customer service, training staff, and leading the team to deliver quality products. This is an on-site position that requires a hands-on approach to managing the butchery.

Qualifications

• +5 years butchery experience
• Customer Service skills
• Training and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in butchery operations and purchasing
• Knowledge of Halal food practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role
