Butchery Manager in Kuils River and Belleville

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years Butchery experience
2. Ability to manage a team of 20-25 people
3. Ability to achieve sales, manage expenses, and calculate gross profit
4. Manage cash up and deal with CIT
5. Order stock, GRV stock, and conduct stock takes
6. Ability to open and close the store
7. Knowledge of different cuts of meat, including chicken, pork, and beef
8. Ability to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising, and customer service
9. Ability to develop and grow sales while controlling expenses
10. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet)

12. Must have a valid driver's license
