Butchery Managers

Duties include:

  1. Minimum of 5 years Butchery experience
  2. Manage the day to day running of the butchery
  3. Manage a team of 15-20 people
  4. Control, Manage & Order stock & Calculate GP
  5. Perform Daily Cash ups & banking
  6. Open & Close the Butchery
  7. Must have POS experience
  8. Must have dealt with CIT Companies
  9. Cash-ups and Floats

Skills required:

  1. Have knowledge of different cuts of meat, including chicken, pork, beef
  2. Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising, and customer service
  3. Have basic computer skills - excel
  4. Work under pressure
  5. Must have a valid driver’s license
