Business Systems Analyst

This role will assist with delivery and projects as part of FMCSA’s DCE team to drive consumer experience improvement, dealer efficiency, identify and remedy flaws or inefficiencies, deliver solutions and integration for long-term effectiveness and against the vision of acquiring a single view of a customer.

• B.Com 3-year Qualification in Marketing or Computing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Automotive with cross-functional business experience required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data and/or system analysis
• Minimum 1,5 years’ experience in working with dealers
• Advanced PC skills including, data analysis, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Power Point and presentation skills.
• Project management skills, project management certificate of qualification will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities will include

• Effective monitoring of critical data feeds (such as UDB & autoHUB) in accordance with company process and work instructions to mitigate risk and to support Business incentives, FordPass Service History, PBR and Customer Experience initiatives.
• Investigate and correct data discrepancies on respective systems such as SAP CRM, UDB, Dealer DMS/LMS / BSI.
• Ensure efficiency, delivery and integration of dealer and Ford business systems, inclusive of both Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Lead Management Systems (LMS), as well as act as Support Administrator where required.
• Drive meetings with DMS and LMS suppliers to discuss and drive delivery of integration requirements/projects, short term enhancements or critical fixes.
• Implement required programmes including but not limited to Ford Guest Experience (including l associated systems and tools, even at dealer level) to enhance customer experience.
• Clear & effective communication to stakeholders on project/programme progress, associated risks and plans to mitigate.
• Evaluating business systems, document processes and requirements, uncovering inefficiencies and areas for improvement, planning solutions to resolve all issues and ensure long-term efficiency and effectiveness.
• Management of available business systems and solutions and act as systems specialist to solve complex system problems.
  Manage required Ford mailboxes, users and user roles for business systems.
• Communicating with business stakeholders to gather critical information, formulate system integration and development of requirements to meet business needs (enhance consumer experience and dealer capability and efficiencies).
  Conduct detailed system architecture mapping to inform solutions for data and system integration of disparate Sales and After Sales Systems.
• Collaborating with respective teams, IT, CX, business and dealers, to ensure system efficiencies and translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment.
• Acting as key contact on ongoing reviews of business systems and system related processes and developing optimization plans.
• Creating training processes and documentation to teach others how to use new systems.
• Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
• Build extensible data acquisition and integration solutions to meet the functional requirements of the business.
• Implement processes and solutions to extract, transform, and distribute data across one or more data stores from a wide variety of sources.
