What You'll Need to Succeed:

1. A degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on software and process re-engineering projects.
3. Experience working on Agile projects and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
4. Hands-on experience in software testing.
5. Formal Business Analysis training.
6. Deep knowledge of IT software products and development.
7. Strong workshop facilitation skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

1. A talent for building strong relationships with business partners by understanding their needs and goals as well as what motivates and engages them.
2. Formal training in IT Software Development or IT Software Products.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, document, test, and implement business and technical requirements for new and enhanced functionality.
2. Automate solutions and manual processes to drive efficiency.
3. Map out business process flows, capturing both As-Is and To-Be states.
4. Drive innovation by implementing automated solutions that challenge traditional ways of working.
5. Document and maintain Agile user stories and solution diagrams.
6. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
7. Perform quality assurance, including test pack documentation and UAT support.
8. Conduct impact and feasibility studies where needed.
9. Translate business requirements into clear system and functional requirements.
10. Train business users on various processes and provide ongoing support.
11. Facilitate project workshops, drive meaningful discussions, and capture key decisions and actions.
12. Ensure smooth integration and implementation of new and existing systems.

The Fine Print:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 16h30 (overtime as needed)
