My client is on the lookout for a Business Systems Analyst who’s spent a few years in the trenches of data, systems, and problem-solving. If you’ve got the grit to tackle complex business challenges and the expertise to bring order to chaos, my client’s got a mission for you.

Your Mission tools:

1. 2-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or in a similar role). You’ve done the groundwork and are ready for the next step.
2. A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. (This is your toolkit, make sure it’s sharp.)
3. Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and the ability to find your way through both.
4. Mastery of business analysis tools, data modeling, and process mapping. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty.
5. Exceptional communication skills—whether you're explaining complex systems or collaborating with the higher-ups, you’ll get the job done.
6. Ability to work independently when necessary, but thrive in a team environment when it counts.
7. Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus—this is where the real action happens.
