Job Description

1. Identify opportunities and drive new sales within the corporate sector (B2B).
2. Draft and comprehend legally binding B2B contracts.
3. Deliver solutions tailored to the Vehicle Fleet environment.
4. Meet monthly and annual installation targets.
5. Maintain, manage, and grow an existing customer database.
6. Secure an average of 20% business from new customers and 80% from additional sales to existing clients.
7. Provide exceptional service and support to both current and prospective customers.
8. Handle and take ownership of all customer inquiries and requests.
9. Maintain a management-defined level of product knowledge in IoT and Telematics, assessed through product evaluations.
10. Deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
11. Achieve activity levels set by management.
12. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
13. Perform all administrative tasks related to the role, including creating and submitting quotations.
14. Manage and respond to leads from internal and external partners within designated timeframes.
15. Build and maintain relationships across business, dealer, broker, and fitment centre networks.

Minimum Requirements

1. 3 years of sales experience in the B2B, IoT, or Telematics industry.
2. Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
3. Completion of recognized formal sales training courses or equivalent experience.
4. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
5. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
6. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
7. Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
8. Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets.
9. Self-driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about sales.
10. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
