Description: An award winning innovative provider of expense management software is looking to add a Corporate BDM to their team in the North of UK with a hybrid working model of 1-2 days a week being in the newly opened Bradford office. If you have a track record of success in a new business role in a similar SaaS environment this could be your dream role.
The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for strategic business development within the mid-market and corporate markets in your region. You will be expected to handle the entire sales process from cradle to grave, so having the ability to self-generate your own leads is essential as opposed to relying on an SDR function. You will have the ability to target a very diverse customer base as their offering could be used by businesses in all sectors. You will be targeting finance, HR, or travel directors to discuss the offering and how it can save their time and money both from an operational process perspective and the prices they can offer through their network.
The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful sales professional from within a SaaS environment with a demonstrable track record of overachievement for a sustained period of time in terms of both business development (new business). Any experience of expense management would be advantageous; however, it is not essential as they will consider people who have sold financial software, HR software, travel software, etc., with a demonstrable track record of achievement and at least 4 years’ experience.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person), uncapped ote of £85,000-£90,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target. Also on offer is an opportunity for rapid career progression as the company looks to aggressively grow the UK region.
