Job Title: Business Development Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote Contract

Compensation: Contract Rate: Up to R25,000 per month commensurate with experience.

Company Overview: At Outsource Sales Director Group we are a leading provider of Sales and Strategic Growth services to SMEs. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Business Developer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for an individual who is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sales growth and leadership. You will work within a fully English-speaking environment to drive new business opportunities and play a key role in our sales team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and drive lead generation.
  2. Proactively make outbound sales calls to identify and qualify new business leads.
  3. Utilise databases to qualify leads and manage a well-structured sales pipeline.
  4. Create and deliver sales presentations using PowerPoint and Canva to engage potential clients and support our training services.
  5. Training content creation - Creating online training courses & interactive content.
  6. Generate innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies and drive business growth.
  7. Work against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  8. Provide weekly progress updates during sales meetings, reporting on campaign progress, achievements and next steps.
  9. Collaborate with team members, contributing to the overall development and refinement of our sales processes.
  10. In the future, lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales-related role, ideally with experience in outbound sales and team leadership.
  2. Language: Strong command of the English language is essential, as all business communication is in English.
  3. Technical: Reliable WiFi and stable electricity are required for remote work.

Skills:

  2. Proficiency in CRM systems and database management. Experience of configuring and managing CRM from inception to full deployment.
  3. Competency in PowerPoint and/or Canva for creating engaging presentations and training content.
  4. Proven ability to work toward KPIs and meet set targets.
  5. Strong organisational and leadership skills to lead a small team effectively.
