We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Business Developer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for an individual who is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sales growth and leadership. You will work within a fully English-speaking environment to drive new business opportunities and play a key role in our sales team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and drive lead generation.
- Proactively make outbound sales calls to identify and qualify new business leads.
- Utilise databases to qualify leads and manage a well-structured sales pipeline.
- Create and deliver sales presentations using PowerPoint and Canva to engage potential clients and support our training services.
- Training content creation - Creating online training courses & interactive content.
- Generate innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Work against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide weekly progress updates during sales meetings, reporting on campaign progress, achievements and next steps.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing to the overall development and refinement of our sales processes.
- In the future, lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales-related role, ideally with experience in outbound sales and team leadership.
- Language: Strong command of the English language is essential, as all business communication is in English.
- Technical: Reliable WiFi and stable electricity are required for remote work.

- Proven ability to work toward KPIs and meet set targets.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to lead a small team effectively.
