Job description

Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their team. This opportunity offers an exciting chance to be part of a leading company in the financial services industry, driving growth and fostering lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quoting on new business requests for personal insurance where no cover is in place.
  2. Issuing of policies once a client accepts a quotation.
  3. Meeting monthly targets.
  4. Keeping the client’s Brand Promise of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Grade 12
  • FAIS Compliant / If not, the candidate will have to attend a Learnership to obtain necessary credits whilst employed at the company.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 0 – 3 years

  • Establishing the insurance needs for clients and quoting them accordingly.
  • Comparing current policies/quotations to our available products and quoting accordingly.
  • Issuing of policies once clients accept quotations.
  • Telephonic Sales.
  • Working closely with consultants to sign up new clients.
  • Proficient in Administration.
  • Demonstrate Personal Competence.
