What you’ll do :
As the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a talented team to create powerful campaigns that bring our mission to life, drive student recruitment, and enhance our reputation both in Africa and globally. You’ll work closely with the sales team, the Dean’s Office, and external partners to ensure our marketing efforts are bold, creative, and effective.

Driving results : Designing smart, data-driven strategies that deliver growth and build our brand.
Inspiring a team : Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
Making an impact : Aligning marketing with sales, recruitment, and alumni efforts to achieve shared goals.
What we’re looking for :
At least 7–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, where you’ve led teams and delivered big results.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content creation (SEO, Google Ads, social media—you know it all).
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and a strong understanding of data analytics to guide decisions.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (a master’s or MBA would be a bonus).
The ability to balance local African relevance with global appeal—you understand the power of both.
