What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving new business while growing existing accounts
- Managing your own schedule and client engagements
- Handling pricing, renewals, and upselling opportunities
- Conducting client surveys and needs assessments
- Overseeing installation processes and ensuring seamless service
- Providing top-tier post-sale support
- Accurately managing commission documentation
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales environment
- Grade 12 (a Sales/Marketing diploma is a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Self-driven with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- A service-focused, client-first attitude
