BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Responsible for meeting the set budgetary targets, achieving commission targets, and meeting productivity/activity targets. Draft and deliver proposals, prepare costings, and create client propositions in conjunction with the General Manager: Sales or Regional Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification
• At least 4 years of sales experience with a proven sales track record
• Good knowledge of South African Labour Legislation (Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Bargaining Councils, Labour Relations Act) and the TES industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Public speaking ability
• Previous sales experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) Industry will be an advantage
