Business Development Manager - B2B Experience (POS)

Location: Boksburg of Edenvale

Salary: R 25 to R35 per month plus commission

Position Overview:
Primary focus is to drive sales through added value – Technical support, solution, service etc.

Management:
Successful candidate will manage 4 to 6 sales people (KPI and Target) as well as 2 Support Technicians (Sales Engineers).

Experience & Education:

  1. Matric
  2. Min 3 to 5 yrs. experience as Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets
  3. Come from an electronic B2B space that sells to multiple dealers/resellers
  4. Business Development and Key Account Management experience will be a bonus
  5. A affinity for technical product and solutions
  6. Experience in either Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesales, ICT Distributors, or related sectors, or fire protection, security technology, or ICT industry will be given preference

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects.
- Recognising business opportunities.
- Putting together bids to win new business.
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts.
- Strategically expanding, preserving or improving company procedures, standards or policies.
- Included but not limited to only duties as mentioned above.
