Job description
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify and follow up on potential leads to expand our client base.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to connect with potential clients and partners.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
