Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis Requirements:

• Expert Workshop Facilitator: Proven expertise in managing workshops with 10-20 stakeholders, including challenging personalities. Your facilitation skills will be put to the test during the role-play/interview.
• Feature Ownership: Take full ownership of features from ideation to documentation, ensuring all business and system requirements are meticulously captured.

Systems Analysis Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with BFFs, APIs, SQL, and relational databases. Your practical knowledge will be assessed during the interview.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial Services Experience: Industry experience in Financial Services is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Digital Transformation Projects: Experience with medium to large digital transformation projects and self-service portals.
