Are you someone who can:

1. Improve efficiencies by reviewing assigned business processes to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks.
2. Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances.
3. Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
4. Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.
5. Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG.
6. Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.
7. Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise.
8. Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements.
9. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
10. Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
11. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
12. Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture.
13. Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
14. Participate in conceptualisation, design and planning of projects for product house, business unit or segment.
15. Mentor and coach up-and-coming Business Analysts and create a feeder pipeline for the BU Business Analysis team.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

1. Have a B-Degree.
2. Have 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience in complex environments.
3. Have previous leadership experience.
4. Preferred: BABOK practitioner certified.
