What You’ll Do

• Gather and analyse business requirements to develop IT solutions.

• Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals and scope.

• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

• Facilitate communication between business teams and IT developers.

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation.

• Assist in testing and validating IT solutions before deployment.

• Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with business process modelling and workflow analysis.

• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

• Must have access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
